Product and Service Refund Agreement

I, Full Name: , hereby acknowledge that I have received PLR assets from StoryShack, hereinafter referred to as "the Provider", as part of the purchase of Private Label Rights (PLR) assets.

I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refund Acknowledgement: I acknowledge that I have requested a refund for the aforementioned products/services and that the Provider has agreed to refund the amount paid.

Immediate Deletion: I agree to immediately delete all digital copies of the products/services provided to me by the Provider, including but not limited to files, documents, images, and any other related materials, from all devices and storage locations upon receipt of the refund.

Non-Usage Agreement: I agree not to use, sell, distribute, share, or otherwise exploit the products/services in any manner, whether for personal or commercial purposes, after the refund has been processed.

Legal Consequences: I understand that any breach of this agreement, including but not limited to continued usage, sharing, selling, or distribution of the products/services, may result in legal action being pursued against me by the Provider, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

Release of Liability: I release the Provider from any liability arising from my use or misuse of the products/services provided to me, including any legal consequences thereof.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to be bound by them.
